Learning curve

So, this is my first post on my blog for the up-coming school year.  I am excited to learn the technological aspects as well as the social media parts of my sabbatical project.  The blog aspect of my project entails visiting villages in the South of France and then sharing the cultural, historical and educational bits with my school and anyone else who will read it.   

Sharing with my school and colleagues will be fun and informative.  Skype, YouTube, Google hangout, and Periscope are just of the few apps/programs that have been suggested to me to use when I am out and about visiting. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are also social media apps that I will use to broadcast my explorations. 

I may not be physically in my classroom for the year but I will bring France to classrooms through this experience. With the help of technology, I can interact with classrooms and students while in France. Please feel free to suggest any other apps/programs that might help me in my endeavors.  Wish me luck or bonne chance, my technological learning curve needs to speed up.  Merci! and thanks for your help.
